Usually you get swollen feet in the third trimester, but if you are getting swollen feet at ten weeks, it could be hormones. If that is the case it should go away after the first trimester but, if it is extremely painful, I would go see your doctor, because that isn't normal.(unless you work on your feet, like a server or desk clerk, or something)
it isn't common. Swollen feet could be a sign of some toxic thing(I cant remember what it is called)especially if your pregnant. Keep your feet up and drink lots of water. Call your doctor and let them know what is going on. It is better to be safe then sorry.
You need to see your doctor to be sure your blood pressure is normal, usually this happens in the last trimester. Do you have a job where you stand on your feet a lot? If so, you need to make yourself sit as much as possible & go home 7 prop your feet up after work.
