Desensitized sense of smell?!

Question: Nothing smells especially good to me now, whereas 5 years ago, all shampoos and such smelled great. I'm 15. Any ideas on why my sense of smell is so dull?

Well, unless you've been doing something silly, like sniffing glue, you may well have reason to be concerned. At your age, this is a sign that something is wrong. I urge you to tell your parents, and tell this to a doctor.
