Fainting feeling...?!
Question: I was walking down the hall today at school. Heading towards my last class of the day. So, it was just a normal day. But I was turning the corner and for some reason I had this feeling like I was going to pass out. But it's like I felt like I was being pushed to the ground, so I had to slow down for a second. And my head felt like it was being pushed on. And my vision went blurry for a second. I didn't pass out or anything. Do you know what happened and what could have caused it? Thanks.

Things that cause fainting and fainting feelings are:
* You stand up fast.
* You work or play hard, especially if it's very hot.
* You begin to breathe too fast (called hyperventilating).
* You get very upset. Being upset can affect the nerves
that control your blood pressure.
* You're taking medicine for high blood pressure.
There are many other things that can cause it... but I wouldn't worry if it only happened once. It could also have something to do with your blood sugar. If you hadn't eaten in a few hours that would make it much easier for you to faint.
Also, I have been on multiple medications... some of which have a side effect of dizziness, lightheaded, or fainting.
I hope this helped you... I'll leave a link in the sources that you can check out more. If you have any other questions, feel free to IM/email =)
