Stomach bug or somthing else???!
Question: My 5 year old is sick??? She threw up at school on Friday and had a little diarrhea then she was completely fine on Saturday with just a little more diarrhea but eating fine. Now on Sunday morning she threw up once and has had a couple accidents in regards to diarrhea. HELP, does this sound like the natural course of a stomach bug? Why was she all better yesterday and then sick again today? I don't know whether I should send her to school or not. Any mom's similar experience?? Advice greatly appreciated.

it has to be norovirus i've had this last week and it was horrible. I had same symptoms, she probably got it from either someone or from food like me. stay away from fast-food restaurants or similar places and if she does not get better after 4-5 days i recommend seeing a doctor, check out the link for more information on this virus

i am not a mother but see the next day if she is better. If doesn't seem like she is better don't send her. DO NOT FORCE HER IF SHE SEEMS ACTUALLY SICK.
