Question: Some weird yellowish rock like substance just fell out of my mouth between the back of my lower front teeth!?

That's what happened to my teeth too in the same spot. The other person who answered was right about it being calculus. When it happened to me, I had to google it to make sure I was ok. If you take that piece that fell out and smoosh it on the table, it will crumble like plaque or tartar buildup...well, mine did. It does get sensitive in that spot and I couldn't stop feeling it with my tongue. I started using this product called Tooth Soap and it has significantly cut down on the calculus buildup and plaque and tartar too. It really got my teeth super clean and made my gums healthier and grip my teeth better. I think it builds up in that spot more often than others because your saliva pools in that area. No, your teeth did not chip. That is called "Calculus".Calculus is plaque that gets hardened. Be sure that you are brushing a flossing well to prevent this from forming and go in for regular cleanings. If you leave this stuff on your teeth, eventually you will get "pockets" in between the tooth and the gum and your teeth will get loose and eventually fall out. So it is essential to make sure you take care of this.
Your tooth is sensitive now because a part of it that was not used to being exposed is now exposed. Just try using some sensodyne tooth paste if its really bothering you.
