Why do my teeth hurt when my allergies go off?!
Question: Why do my teeth hurt when my allergies go off?
Answers:
its because your sinus's are right above your teeth. so when they flare up from your allergies it pushes on your teeth and it hurts like hell!! i have the same problem. you might have a sinus infection if it feels really bad. antibiotics sometimes helps with that.
I am guessing it's your upper teeth that ache. This has to do with inflamed sinuses. You have maxillary and frontal sinuses in your upper arch and all the maxillary (upper) teeth roots are very close to the sinuses. When you have a cold or allergy problems that cause the sinuses to become irritated this can cause your teeth to ache. It probably feels like you have a toothache in every tooth. I have the same issue when I have a cold. Hope you get some relief soon. Allergy meds will help.
