Should I be brushing more often?!
Question: Should I be brushing more often?
So, brush or no? (P.S. my bro and sis who always brush have had about 3 cavities each, and I never had one :D!)
Answers:
Despite the fact that you could develop cavities and serious mouth diseases think about your hygiene for a minute. Never brushing your teeth is really very disgusting when you think about it. First, bacteria eat carbohydrates and then excrement their waste onto your teeth which is what causes decay. Not to mention if you aren't brushing the plaque off your teeth it will eventually calcify underneath the gumline which can lead to bone loss and eventually tooth loss. If you don't start taking better care of your mouth you might not have many teeth left by the time you are 25. You can't count on being lucky for the rest of your life. You need to be responsible and proactive about your health.
