You have to go to an orthodontist, and NHS won't pay for Invisalign. Invisalign works best for cosmetic fixes, it's not good for fixing bite problems or serious misalignments. If you just have a few crooked teeth and want to make them look better, Invisalign is for you. If you have an underbite, crossbite or severe overbite it won't help you. From what you describe it sounds like you might be a good candidate. You will have to pay out of pocket and it an be up to $5,000 (or the equivalent in pounds) because NHS only covers braces if medically necessary.
You'd have to go to a certain orthodontist that uses Invisalign. I don't think they do have them everywhere, but just as an fyi clear braces usually cost more than regular metal ones. I had metal braces and they cost $4000.00 and I've heard that invisible braces go for for twice that.
