what to do about tooth pain.?!

Question: What to do about tooth pain.?
okay so it started last week. I was eating pumpkin seeds and the end of it poked my gums. The next day it was a little sore. Now for the past four days it has been real bad. Now my two back teeth and the gum above it hurts. I tried taking one of those pointy teeth things you use to scrap plact and poke around in there to see if something was stuck. All I got was a little bit of bleeding and soreness. It even hurts when I try to stick floss in between my too teeth. Is it possible that a piece of the seed got caught in my gum and caused an infection? It hurts when I chew also. It's just really annoying. I brushed my teeth and kept sticking the brushel in really hard where it hurts and it bled a lot. It's one of those kinds of pains where it hurts, but it is sort of a relief to do it. Anything I can do besides go to a dentist? Or should I just go and get it checked....

If it continues and does not get any better, you need to go and get it checked. Try rinsing with warm salted water for a couple of days and see if that helps. Use sea salt or kosher salt, not table salt.
