ok I have a huge lump my gum! right above my front tooth and today it start to bleed! is it gum disease? if so will I lose all my teeth????

It sounds like you have an abscess, has that tooth been bothering you? You need to go to the Dentist for an evaluation, you may need some antibiotics.
thank god you noticed it .bleeding necessarily does not mean that you have gun disease but it obiously makes you alert. you must consult your dentist .he will surely tell you the fact .
the lump sounds like an abcess-go and see your dentist asap
