Question: Please help - Braces and gums being sore?
My gums are like, its hard to explain but they are just a little sore and a bit uncomfortable.
Is it because i brush too hard and i floss and teepee everyday?
I also have braces x Could it be to do with that?

IF YOU RECENTLY HAD YOUR BRACES INSTALLED YOUR TEETH WILL BE SORE FROM THE BRACKETS RE-ALIGNING YOUR TEETH. THE PAIN COULD LAST FROM A COUPLE OF DAYS TO A COUPLE OF WEEKS. ASK YOUR ORTHODONTIST IF THE PAIN BECOMES UN BEARABLE.

Yes and yes to someone who have braces. I know how bad it gets, just wait until they pop them off one by one if you think that's something!
