The first thing you need to implement a self confident in your mind. When you will confident about you and about your personality all other thing will start going right itself.
There are lot of home remedies and treatment are available for treating your skin. I recommend you to search some good tips on internet. website skinsheen.com will guide you well about the skin treatment.
for your dental problem you need to brush your teeth twice a day, if you have misaligned teeth you can go some dentist for braces treatment, you will get perfect aligned teeth. you can also ask question free at identalhub.com about your dental health
I wouldn't worry; All you need is a few remedies that would work on your skin,
I've been a pimple sufferer the past few years, and when I get rid of them they seem to keep coming back.
Recently, a friend told me to try out this:
1. Wash your face with warm water (Allowing for pores to open), Don't wipe dry.
2. Separate an egg, Egg whites in one container, Egg yolk in another container (A small bowl size)
3. Whisk the egg whites (with a fork) so that the air can get through, until you see bubbles.
4. Get the bubbles in your hand, and wipe a thin layer directly onto your face.
5. When it's dry (And you can't smile), wipe it off using a warm cloth.
6. Get a small amount of the egg yolk and apply it to your cheeks, forehead, and nose.(Leave to dry)
7. When it's dry, wipe it off. (This will act as a natural moisturizer and will make your skin feel softer)
Personally, when I first heard of this recipe; I thought it seemed slightly crazy. But I tried it out; and worked wonders on my skin! I use it every week as part of a skin care regime. It makes my skin feel lighter, brighter, tighter and soft.
About your teeth, carry on brushing them. It also depends on your age, because the bone structure in your teeth is more easily damaged and hard to get rid of when you're older.
In some drugstores, they do sell "D.I.Y teeth whitening kits". Personally, I'm a huge fan of these; If not, talk to your dentist or your doctor. Also, how many times do you brush your teeth a day? If you're only brushing them twice, try brushing them more; Also brush the backs of your teeth because they gather more decay than any other part of your mouth. Use a strong toothpaste to help; Mouthwash would help too. Do you floss? If not, try flossing them once every two - three days.,
Hope this helped,
