Hello
my hubby used to have a hard white looking lump on his inner lip after accidentally biting it. When he bit his inner lip, he damaged it. There are saliva glands in the mouth and he damaged one and it then got blocked and formed this lump. There are like small tubes that carry saliva under your skin and he bit one and it then blocked up and formed a lump. He never remembered biting his lip, but it can easily happen when eating or you can damage your saliva glands with sharp foods such as crisps. He only found out what it was when he went to the dentists with it. He was told it should get better with time or he could have it removed. After a few months it got smaller and smaller and eventually vanished.
I have also had one on the bottom of my tongue after biting it. I could feel a tiny pipe thing and a bubble appeared and went white. It took about 2 weeks to go away. I went to the dentist to be sure, but guessed it was the same thing as my hubby and it was.

An injury to the lower lip—for instance, from accidental biting—may harm any of the minor salivary glands found there and block the flow of saliva. As a result, an affected gland may swell and form a small, soft lump (mucocele) that appears bluish. The lump usually disappears by itself within a few weeks.
I would think this is what you have, but if it does not vanish in another week, go and see your dentist so they can just check it out .I doubt it is cancer or anything bad but better to be on the safe side. I could not pop mine either, it kind of just deflated over a few days. Hoping it is nothing bad and good luck.
