Probably just Tylenol with codeine or Doxycycline Hyclate. The dentist will prescribe the amount and how often you take it. Just wait it out. Trust me. The waiting will be a lot less hard when you have one of those meds on board. A little orajel will also help. That is the thing to get when you have tooth pain. They now make orajel q-tips so you can put the stuff exactly where you want it, without your finger going to sleep too.
Hope this helps!

Hello
when I had a really bad tooth which was infected and needed a root canal, I was almost in tears with the pain. The dentist told me to take anti inflammatorys called Nurofen+( ibuprofen) which really helped with the pain. I did not take antibiotics though. I have also taken them at other times with bad teeth and they work really well. Guess you may have to take this type of thing as long as it does not mess with your antibiotics.
Hope that helps
myself as I have had loads of dental work done
