I've had an abscess tooth for years...?!

I groung my teeth in my sleep until I cracked one open. It wound up becoming abscess and I tried to get a root canal. I was only able to get the first half done because I couldnt afford the rest. I dont have insurance and I'm on bankruptcy so there's not much else I can afford.
Its already started draining, I have swollen spots on and under my jaw, and I'm really at a loss of what to do.

I live in a small town, so there are no such things as special help programs, and because of my bankruptcy, I can't get any loans. The hospital wont help me and dentists won't work with me with payments. They all want money up front since I dont have insurance.

I tried antibiotics, but they make that side of my face swell.

What do I do? Should I just give up and let it do what it will? Anyone else go through this?
