brush with sensodyne for 2 weeks. during that time, floss once or twice daily (always floss daily!), and try to brush at least twice a day and within 30 min after meals. each time after you brush, either spit and don't rinse, or put sensodyne around your teeth and gums after you are done (you want sensodyne to hang out near the space between the gums and the base of the teeth, the more/longer the better). GO TO A DENTIST after the two weeks if no success, but you'll probably be fine and save $ and just do exactly what I said.

You're only supposed to leave t hem on for like 30 minutes. Just make sure to gently brush your teeth. It should go away in a day or less.
