How to get braces off faster?!

If youve had them for 2 years now,, youll be getting them off very soon.
Rubber bands and headgear move your bottom jaw to make sure your teeth come togethet good.
I rarely and i got mine off after 2 and half years,, just be patient. Itll come sooner than you know(:
I dont think theres any way to get them off sooner,, sometimes id move the rubber bands one back on my bottom teeth to get rid of my over bite faster.. you can also tighten your headgear.

I had the exact same thing ! He kept saying soon soon soon! I got told i was having them removed when actually he gave me rubber bands ! But just look forward to having that lovely amazing smile when they are off ! Just be patient :) I have mine off now and I am so glad I had it done :D Just keep good hygeine and floss ! I had mine taken off at New Year, new year new start :D. Have fun while you have them, because when you get them off at first you'll hate your teeth and think they are huge, but don't worry everyone else complimented me even though i hated them. But you'll get used to it! I still miss the feeling of braces ;$! Look forward to that new smile :D

Everything they put on you or tell you to do will quicken the process if you follow instructions. If you've had them on that long, it won't be much longer.
