Pain swelling bleeding bruising can last up to a full week with any extraction on any tooth. You are able to eat but stick to soft textured foods such as soups and mashed potatoes etc. The swelling can be eased by taking regular Ibuprofen and putting an ice pack on your face on and off for 5 minute intervals. The sinus perforation has been sewn up and this should heal however remember not to blow your nose and if you sneeze try and not hold your nose, allow the sneeze to come mostly via your mouth and not nose as this can interfere with the sinus healing time. If you find it painful to swallow this is not connected to a tooth extraction or sinus issue, this could be just a sore throat or the start of an infection. Keep an eye on this and if the pain in the swallowing doesn't go away then visit your doctor and not your dentist for a look.
