Question: My boyfriend has TERRIBLE dental health, but we are without insurance, and can't afford a dentist, what to do?

I go to a dental school for my dental care. If there is one close by, that is a good option. It is not free, but most cheaper than paying out of pocket. It also takes much more time than a regular dentist. But I've received great care there.
Many dentist offices will workout a payment plane with you. Call around and see what you can find out. Could you pay say $50/month? Maybe it would be worth it to get a second job until he gets his teeth fixed. Or think about canceling your cable or internet until it is paid for.
I feel for you, I know how it is. His best option might be to get them pulled and get dentures. The Denture Clinic here does a full set for about $400. He would also have to pay to get them pulled.
