Question: Could a toothache be caused because of eating to many sweets?
Last night I woke up @ 3 am, & my tooth was aching really bad, I couldn't sleep till about 5 where the pain was becoming less. Throughout the day the advil I took wore off & it kept bugging me. Yesterday I ate a lot of chocolate & cake, could this have provoked it? what can I do?

Yeah to much sugar can make your teeth very sensitive. I've had it myself. But if it keeps happening go to a dentist
sugar + plaque = cavities. You may have a hole in your tooth from eating sugar in-between meals.
