Hmm!.!.!. That was the same thing I had!. But I went to the dentist, and got spacers for a week, then bands, and eventually went to braces!. I still have braces, but it seems that the crowding is beginning to let up!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Depends on the reason for the crowding (teeth to big for the space, arch form is too small)!. Usually braces or Invisalign are the way to goWww@Answer-Health@Com
