Question: I have seperated teeth, but they arent crooked, how long will appox!. will I have braces!?

So I have crooked teeth, but they are pretty straight!. They are just kinda seperated, i also have an over bite and a slanting jaw, approximetly how long will I have braces for!? here is a picture!.!.!.!.
