Sugar-free products: Good for teeth?!
Question: Sugar-free products: Good for teeth!?
I'm looking for sugar free products for my daughter so she can have 'treats' like everyone else but be healthier for teeth (she has an enamel defect)!. I try to avoid citric acid and I saw some 'sugar free lollipops' in a shop advertised 'good for teeth; but if it has citric acid in is it really!? Despite no sugar!? Or is it best to still avoid these foods!?
Xylitol containing products are the best but all I can find in UK is the chocolate and I'd like to be able to offer her more choices than that in the No Sugar market!.
(and yes, she likes celery, tomatoes and other veg as 'snacks' too but we all like something sweet too!)Www@Answer-Health@Com

If the child is so small and doesn't know how to floss yet (best thing you can do for your teeth), rinse with mouth wash after meals! They have mouth wash just for kids!. Check them out!Www@Answer-Health@Com
