Retainers help? .....?!

I just got my top and bottom retainers today!. I speak funny!. The orthodontist said just keep talking!. But I'd like to know, is there any special techniques or things anyone did to help them speak normal again!? thanks :]Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've had mine for a while *3 years) and still speak weird!. But, the second I got mine I got in the car and sang my heart out and just went about my business!. That helps!. Also, I'd turn the radio on at home and sing in the mirror and focus on how I spoke and sounded!. It helps to talk in the mirror or record yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
