Question: Question about my retainer!! !?
yesterday i dropped my retainer and a tiny bit of it from the sides kinda chipped off!. and now when i wear my retainer it kind of hurts my back teeth!. so my question is whether or not my teeth will shift since a bit of the plastic has chipped off!. i made an appointment to see my dentist on monday but i fear that even if i wear my retainer it may ahve some affect on my teeth!.
Are my back teeth aching now because maybe my chipped off retainer is causing a shift!?
please answer if you have any advice!@@

If there is a sharp edge, file it down with a nail file just enough so it doesn't cut your mouth up!.
Considering it is a weekend, there isnt much you can do until your apt monday!. Try to wear it as much as you can!.
Two days wont set back all the work you've had done over the last year or more!. It just might be painful for a day or 2 after everything gets fixed, but nothing like what you have already be through with your braces!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
