braces CAN change your face shape!. depending on what they are used for!. My daughter is 11yr old has had removable braces for 12 months now!. The top brce is to pull her front teeth back, close gaps at the front and correct crowding at the back!.
her lower brace is to correct the position of her jaw!. Her lower jaw was 11mm's too far set back!. making her look like her top teeth stuck out more than they did!.!.!.!.!.The brace is bulky and makes her hold her jaw forward!.!. eventually the muscles will naturally hold her jaw in the corrected position and and she grows it will grow in a more natural looking way!.
She started off 12 months back with 11mm's difference between her upper and lower jaw she's now at 4mm's difference!.!. So it's changed the shape of her face!. Her bottom jaw no longer looks small and set back!. the profile change is a LOTWww@Answer-Health@Com

braces change the postion of te teeth and because of that the smie and the looks changes but there are no changes in bony structures!. your lip seems to stick up, may be it is due to the brackets !. i do not know whether in your case the braces are removed or not!. usually when the braces are removed after that the lip which looks like as it has come up starts lookin normal!.for more information on braces you can visit following link of the website http://www!.identalhub!.com/ArticleSubCate!.!.!.
