I am not familiar with the over the counter products, other than Crest White Strips!. They do work and are not harmful to your teeth!. Professional whiteners do work!. Yes, they do cost more, but they are proven safe and effective!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Look up oil pulling!. It's where you swish 1T of a pure oil in your mouth for about 15-20 minutes a day!. It's one of the many beneficial effects it has!. It's worked on me and I didn't think my teeth would get any brighter but I get compliments on my smile all day from random people!. Beware the hater websites!. It is all natural so!.!.!. what have you got to lose!?! And remember if 1T is too much then you can start with less!. Give it a try for a week and you'll love it, I promise!
