I recently got my lower wisdoms teeth removed, what can I do to prevent infectio!

Question: I recently got my lower wisdoms teeth removed, what can I do to prevent infection and speed healing!?
Answers:
I got all of mine removed yesterday, I was just told/did the following:
For the 1st day dont brush your teeth, just take it easy, rest, etc!. You can eat soft foods that dont require chewing once the numbeness from the freezing wears off!. Dont try to touch the area with your tounge or fingers, Hopefully the bleeding has stopped by now for you, if not bite firmly on your gauze for 15-20 min!. You can ice your cheeks 20 min!. on then 20 min!. off (dont just keep it there the whole time)!. Hopefully yours didnt hurt to bad after the numbness wore off!. I didnt have to take any painkillers that evening!. Also sleep with your head up, elevated with pillows, for the 1st few days!. (I found this very uncomfortable!.!.)

This morning when I woke up my mouth felt very numb and hard to open!. I was told that after day 1 switch from ice to a warm cloth!. The heat helped loosen it a lot! Now after every meal you can start rinsing your mouth with salt water - dont swish to hard, or just tilt your head from side to side instead!. And dont spit hard either, just kind of let the water fall out of your mouth!. I was also told to brush softly after every meal (but I dont think I'm ready for that yet, I'll try later on)!.

Hope youre not in crazy pain, most of my friends told me by the 2nd and 3rd day you'll want painkillers like mad, but I feel pretty good!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

for preventing infection do all the things told by your dentist like not to smoke, do not take anything with the straw, avoid areated drinks, take soft diet and most important is to maintain the good oral hygiene!. you can also do warm saline rinses which not only help in preventing infection but it also helps in speedy healing!. for more information you can visit www!.identalhub!.com!. they have good articles on do's and do'ts after tooth extraction!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had all 4 removed and didn't have any problem!.
But you can have a (even more) careful oral hygiene, avoid to allow food to get inside the cavities, and use healing elixir!.
That ought to do it!
