Of course, it's only my first day with them; but, if I laugh hard, it seems t fall out!.

your retainers come off easily because your teeth are still in its place when the retainers were done!. i think it's a bad sign when your retainers become hard to take off or don't fit because that means that your teeth have moved!.!.!.which of course is bad!. Orthos say you need to wear your retainers everyday and night for 6 months (you only take them off when you eat or brush your teeth) i personally only wear them at night!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i dont have a bottom retainer but i have a top one!.!.!. mine had been loose too and almost every night it falls out of my mouth!.!.!.i would say during your next appointment have him/her tighten it for you!.!.
