Question: Alternatives to headgear!?
What are alternatives to head gear for a 12 year old girl!? The ortho says that my top jaw is growing slower than my lower jaw!. Would braces with rubber bands work!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Braces with rubber bands wouldn't work for that problem!. However, sometimes there are appliances that can fit inside your mouth that can do what the headgear does!. I would ask your dentist/orthodontist about this!. If he doesn't use this type of appliance you may want a second opinion!. There are a lot of different techniques out there!.
