yeah thats how mine are coming in!.
first one came in dentist was like i have two years b4 the others decided to move more then likely the one deicided to come in 6 weeks later!.
so yes they deffinatly can come in at different times!.
yes one side can be more painful then the other!.
my top decided to start coming in first!.
top right decided to come in then bottom left and then bottom right all removed!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
