Question: Would doubling up on my rubber bands (for braces) do anything bad!?
i'm a week away from getting my braces off!.
and i'm worried since every day i go at least 5 hours without my rubber bands on that my bite won't be good enough to get my braces off!.

I have braces too, and I double my rubber bands when I sleep at night!. My mom works at an ortho!. office and says it wont hurt as long as you don't wear them doubled ALL of the time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
