Question: Rubberbands 4 braces
i just got rubberbands for my braces!. nd i wanna know if u can sleep with them in!? i have 2 change them 3 times!. nd can i brush my teeth with them on!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes you should sleep with them in and double them like put 2 rubberbands in the places you need them instead of one!. My orthodontist said that it helps!. You can brush you teeth with them in but why!? It's easier to brush without them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i made the mistake of not wearing them at all times and now i have a messed up overbite kind of after getting braces off today actually!.!.!.but when i DID wear them i wouldnt brush my teeth or eat with them i really only slept with themWww@Answer-Health@Com
Yes, you can sleep with them and you probably might want to take out your rubber bands out when you brush because food might get stuck there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its just better to do tht bcuz ita annoyin wen they snap on u or come of n go down ur throat n its hard to brush with them in!.!.!.
