Using mouthwash question!

Question: Using mouthwash question
Ok!.!.!. I just got my braces and they said it's good if i use mouthwash after brushing my teeth right!?

Does Listerine (mint one) work!?

Answers:
A good mouth rinse for braces is fluoride rinse like Act, helps with prevention of cavities and makes your teeth 'stronger' but if you want a antiseptic rinse try Crest Pro Health it doesn't have alcohol so its easier on your mouth, more than likely you'll have sores or cuts from braces so it won't sting your mouth!.
Oh! Don't rinse with water after or dilute it, especially after fluoride, it defeats the whole purpose!.

I have braces,
and after I brush I use Listerine Mint Mouth Wash!.
It works just as well as any other mouth wash!.
It helps kill any plaque you've missed and freshens your breath!.
I rinse my mouth after wards with water,
but I don't think It matters!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No you are not supposes to wash out with water afterwards because you are rinsing out most of the Listerine!. So you would be wasting your time trying to clean your mouth when you are rinsing it out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

u can use any mouthwash as long as it doesnt have alcohol, alcohol wares yr gums out and its easier for them to fall out!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
