My teeth were still hurting a week after and i was having trouble with solid food!. My dentist said it was normal though!. Basically you should definitely stay away from it for 24 hours so you don't develop dry socket, and then eat whatever you feel comfortable eating!. Start with softer foods and move up to harder foods!. Sandwiches were the worst for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
