I do frequently!. Not only does it save time, but with the minimal enamel I have left on my teeth (due to acid reflux and grinding my teeth in my sleep), the heat actually makes the bristles of my toothbrush softer so they're more gentle on my teeth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
