It isn't bad for your teeth to chew your fingernails just your health because of all the germs that live under your fingernails!. As for the ice being bad I was told by a dentist that it was bad because it grinds down your teeth and causes them to weaken!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Nails, no unless you bite so hard you chip a front tooth!.
But ice--most definately!. That cracks your back molars, it's like biting rocks, you really stress the flat surfaces on the molars when you do that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
