What's the best way to prepare your mouth for braces?!
Question: What's the best way to prepare your mouth for braces!?
I am getting braces in a few weeks and I was wondering, what can I do to prepare my mouth/teeth for braces!? Aside from the regular brushing, what else should I do to make the process faster for my braces!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

oi i just got my braces off today so yah umm u can just floss alot more cause when u get braces it gets a little harder to floss and thats about it just wait for the day to come and oh yah start saying good bye to corn on the cob apples and hard stuff because if u eat one of them u could break a bracket be careful!!! but mabey if u cut the apples up and not corn on the cob youll be fine bye and good luck =)Www@Answer-Health@Com
nothing is going to make it any faster!. just be sure to take the dry mouth pills one hour before, and good luck!. i've had my braces for 4 years!. But there not that bad at all, and they don't hurt to get on!. but one thing you really need to do is right after you get them on take an advil or two cuz your teeth will be sore! Moving teeth is just a slow(painful) process!. Just be patient, the wait is worth it!. I also theorized that orthodontist keep the braces on as long as possible to milk the patients of as much money as possible!. It took me two years to complete and my teeth were jacked up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
nothing, as long as you do everything your ortho tells you to, you'll be fine!. i eat everything i did before i got my braces, but i do try to avoid overly sticky things!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Nothing!. Just make sure that your teeth are clean when they go on!. There really isn't anything that you can do to speed it up, other than having a growth spurt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If he gives you headgear to wear at night, make sure you wear it every night!. If he gives you elastics, wear them all the time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
honestly theres nothing to prepare yourself!. but you could enjoy the caramel and popcorn now bc once there on its all gone :[Www@Answer-Health@Com
