Answers:
When your orthodontist puts forces on your teeth to move them it stimulates cells called osteoclasts!.These cells cause a temporary weakening of your interdental bone to allow the teeth to be moved!.Once the movement has ceased, cells called osteoblasts will restore the bone!.It is very critcal during orthodontics to have immaculate oral hygiene !.I usually recommend an electric toothbrush and an oral irrigator such as Teledyne waterpick, since it is so hard to brush and floss during orthodontics!.Your dentist or hygienist may also suggest a 3 or 4 month professional cleaning schedule until you ortho is done!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont worry its perfectly normal!. your teeth arent used to the forces and pressure and all the things going on with them :) with gives you the feeling of loose teeth stress less and they should return back to normal in a couple of days !.!.!.good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
