When do i get my colour braces ?!
Question: When do i get my colour braces !?
i got them in on tuesday and the dentist didn't ask me for colour!. so i got plain!. when i go in for my next app!. should i ask !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

When I used to have braces, I think I had plain ones for a few months, and then at one appointment my dentist just turned around and askedme if I'd like coloured ones!. I'm really not sure if the colour has anything to do with the strength but I don't think they do because the strength is in relation to how tight they pull the long wire that goes through all your teeth!. You should ask your dentist at your next appointment!. If you don't ask, you won't get! And I'm sure he/she will only be too hapy to explain it to you!. xxWww@Answer-Health@Com
If you got plain, then your teeth are'nt recommended for colored braces!. I have plain braces and I can't have colored because my teeth are so bad, that they want to use plain which are stronger and speed up the process!.
On the other hand!. I have a friend that had plain!. Then after a couple of appointments, they switched her to colored!?

i don't think its because they're strong!. there are different types of elastics which are joint together, or something they use some wire thing!. and some don't come in colour!. but the regular ones which most people get do!. so you should ask!. be careful not to break your braces!! i did mine so many times it resulted in me wearing them for three and a half years!! good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
