Answers:
the normal tongue position, waking or sleeping is at the top of the mouth!.its nature, its meant to stay there in its normal resting position!thats not what causes morning breath anyway!its lack of fluid, normal at night-less salivation leads to bacterial buildup-in EVERYONE!some things that eill help-buy a tongue scraper and use it every morning and b4 bed!.floss every am and pm!.use a water pick as well as a toothbrush!.avoid pungent foods!.use a mouthwash that doesnt have alchohol-alc is drying and makes bad breath worse!.keep a glass of water by ur bed,sip it b4 u say good morning-that helps, untill u can get up and brush, floss and scrape!Www@Answer-Health@Com
