Question: My 5yr old daughter just got some cavities removed & has fillings!.!.!?
i was wondering if she can still brush her teeth tonight over that area where she just had fillings done today!.!. she says that they hurt & it's hard to eat but I've never had fillings so I don't know if she is able to brush her teeth the same day after fillings!.!.!? Does anybody know!? & if so!.!.!. When will the pain subside so she can feel better when she eats!?!? Thanks----Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your daughter def should resume her regular oral hygiene regimen!. Its hard to speculate what exactly is hurting her, maybe her gums are sore where the anesthetic was delivered!. Sometime, especially if the patient tenses up during the injection they can experience soreness once the numbness wears off!.
