Fluoride in high levels is detrimental to health!. However, in very low levels (like that found in toothpaste or water) is pretty much one of our best weapons when it comes to remineralizing our teeth (demineralization is the weakening of tooth structure by acid produced by bacteria- the weakening of the tooth is how you can get holes, aka!. cavities and by bacteria I'm talking about those that make a home in the plaque on your teeth) Also, there have been studies done to show that fluoride can inhibit normal processes in those decay-causing-bacteria (basically killing em off to prevent them from making a biofilm in your plaque-biofilm is basically this really, really tough to get rid of "bacteria nest")!. If you have any more questions, you can visit www!.ada!.org to get top-notch information on fluoride and how it can affect you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

we also have it in our water!.in low quantities it is proven beneficial to health!. it's like any additive/vitamin/mineral: it's all ok in moderation!.

too much vitamin c can be detrimental to health, but we all know a regulalated dose is good for us!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the concentration in toothpaste is much lower!. Large amounts of anything can kill, think of how flamible oxygen is, too much would burn you lungs, just enough keeps you alive!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
