White teeth?!
Question: White teeth!?
well i have prom one week from now and i really want my teeth to be nice and white for pictures!. i dont drink coffee, or any soda and my teeth are already pretty white, but i want then to be "movie star" white!. what can i do!? like with baking soda or other things in the house!?!?!?

Take a cap full of hydrogen peroxide and hold it in your mouth for a minute making sure it comes into contact with your teeth!. Make sure that you DO NOT swallow it, though! Peroxide is poisonous, so just don't swallow it! After you hold it in your mouth for a minute, spit it out and then brush your teeth normally making sure you get all the peroxide out of your mouth!. Do this before bed so you won't eat or drink afterwards!. It doesn't have a taste at all, so don't worry about that!. It really does work, you will start seeing results after one or two times, and you can get a bottle of peroxide for less than $1 at any drug store, so you can't lose with this trick!Www@Answer-Health@Com
if you don't mind spending some money, have a dentist do it with bleaching machine!. otherwise, you can mix some baking soda with your regular toothpaste and use it everytime you brush your teeth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
