Sorry hun, but unfortunately, your teeth WILL shift, especially if you've had braces done! However, it will not be a drastic change!.
They are always shifting throughout the day, little by little, so it may not seem like they are!.!.!.I know because I forget to wear my retainers (when I go to sleep) sometimes, and when I put them on the night after they feel slightly tighter - just some slight discomfort, but not too much that you would feel like you have a headache!. The morning after, they feel fine!.
So your teeth are always shifting!.
The only thing is that when you go get your new retainers done, it'll be based on your most current teeth position (which has shifted slightly in the past 2-3 days)!.
Also, there is the probability that your orthodontist will take a while to make your retainers!.

Its possible!. I had a retainer permanantly put on the back of my upper and lower teeth!. Its been there for 4 years!. See if they can do that for you instead!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
