How long does it take for teeth to stop shifting after braces?
I usually have been wearing my retainers loyally, up until a few months ago, and i think my bottom teeth have shifted some. I have had my braces off for years. how do i get them to stop? And do bottom teeth tend to shift more than top teeth?

I quit wearing my retainers after a year against the advice of my orthodontist and they shifted bad. So bad in fact, it looks like I didn't even have braces! (I can't tell you how hurt my parents were, they paid for those braces!) Wear your retainers for as long as recommended!!!! You will have a beautiful smile then!
