Just had a top denture put in, 10 teeth pulled. My gums are so sore. what can I do other than warm salt water
Answers:
Take whatever pain meds the dentist gave you. If you are finished with them use something like Advil and keep up with the rinses. Sometimes using ora-jel or benzodent will help soothe the sore areas.
Also, go back to the dentist if they are causing sore spots on your gums. Ice on for 15 minutes off for 15 can help too.
It takes time and the pain will lessen with each passing day.
