Do you floss before or after you brush your teeth?!

Question: Is there a right or wrong anwser?

Answers: Is there a right or wrong anwser?

AFTER.
WHY?
BECAUSE YOU'VE REMOVED THE MAJORITY OF PLAQUE BY BRUSHING, THEN THE FLOSSING REMOVES THE SMALL AMOUNT OF PLAQUE LEFT BEHIND.

FLOSSING BEFORE BRUSHING JUST JAMS PLAQUE INTO THE GUMS WHICH THE BRUSHING CAN'T GET OUT.

before. The best way to do it is before, so you can get the excess plaque off before you brush. If you do it after, the excess plaque already there will get in the way of brushing and it won't clean as well.

your supposed to do it before because it loosens everything up.

i would say after, just because when you brush your teeth that gets a little bit of plaque between your teeth out, and then flossing will be easier because some of the job is already done for you.

I do both. And no, I don't think there is a wrong or right answer.

I usually do it before, that way, when i brush my teeth, i know i'm getting some of the plaque and food out that may not have come out all the way when i flossed it.
but the flossing first, gets the majority of it out, and then loosens the rest.

Both

Before brushing because it gets all the crap out between the teeth so to make it easier to allow toothpaste to get between teeth to clean and kill bacteria and lastly clean tongue too with tongue cleaner. That is where the majority of bad breath comes from, don't use mouth wash, because you don't want to kill all the good bacteria since it fights off bad bacteria for you. I know this becuase that is what my dentist does when I go for a check up.
