Should I have gingevectomy?
The doctor said it will cost $1350 for all procedures on three areas of my mouth. Dont have insurance. either. Can I live with my over growth of gum. I also have alot of decay and they said the only way to get the best cleaning would be to do it.

Your dental team is there to help you. You have to look at the big picture. Ask them the pros and cons, and what if's? If the pros out way the cons, do it. A good dentist will be honest with you and they won't just be in it for the money. The main thing is to think about the future. What happens if you don't get it done? Will you have periodontal disease later? Will you lose your teeth? Sometime the risks out-weight the financial aspects of treatment.
