Unless this child has a very complex developmental problem and is under the care of a team of professionals in a craniofacial unit at a hospital who recommeded this treatment, then no. Whatever a bionator would achieve at that age would be lost as they got older, and they would have to use it again. It's a waste of time and money to do this sort of treatment on a child this small. The best time for a bionator is when a child is closer to hitting their adolescent growth spurt.
